Dražen Bošnjaković is the Croatian Minister of Justice. During his political carrier, he has twice been elected to the Croatian Parliament. He was a Chairman of the Committee on the Constitution, Rules of Procedure and Political System and Legislative Committee. As the Minister of Justice, he served for the first time from 2010 to 2011.

Tena Šimonović Einwalter – Equinet Chair & Office of the Ombudswoman, Croatia, Deputy Ombudswoman
Tena Šimonović Einwalter has been Chair of the Executive Board of Equinet since 2017.  She was elected by the Croatian Parliament as a Deputy Ombudswoman in 2013 and has overseen the institution’s non-discrimination and equality work ever since. She is also a member of the Council of Europe's European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI).
